Resource Navigation
Our Resource Navigation program helps St. George residents quickly connect to critical health, wellness, and financial resources.
This program helps residents access local, state, and federal resources—from medical and mental health services to other essential supports—ensuring everyone in St. George can get the help they need. As regional waitlists for case management services continue to grow, StGCDC has developed a flexible, community-centered approach to meeting local needs. We connect residents to vital programs and services through referrals, helping them access essential health and wellness supports without delay.
In the last quarter of 2025 alone, we supported 15 individual families, providing assistance that ranged from connecting survivors to domestic violence resources to identifying outside funding sources for families experiencing unexpected financial hardship. Because of our size, we can respond more quickly and build one-on-one relationships that lead to meaningful, responsive support.
