Brookside Housing Project
We’re developing Brookside, a 30-acre neighborhood with homes affordable for working families and rooted in the St. George community.
The Brookside project will create a 30-acre neighborhood on Seal Harbor Road with homes designed and priced for working families earning moderate incomes. It will prioritize residents who contribute to the fabric of St. George—those who work on the water, in our schools, operate small businesses, and local alumni who want to build their lives here.
