Stu moved to St. George with his wife, Laurie, in 1993, and they have since raised their three children and run a variety of businesses in town. Stu retired in 2024 after a career in the software industry and is currently involved in a range of volunteer activities, including Program Director of Trout Unlimited’s Maine Trout Camp, board member and Treasurer of MMSA, board member of the Georges River Land Trust, member of the St. George Conservation Commission, volunteer and mentor at TREKKERS, and Dragon Hearts volunteer at the St. George School.
Stu’s favorite kind of day is spent fly fishing with Laurie in the woods and streams of Maine.
